Photo Guidelines

1. HIGH-QUALITY PHOTO

Make sure to upload a high-quality photo to receive the best results on your personalized happy paws jewelry.

 HAVE INTO CONSIDERATION:

  • good lighting - natural light works the best!
  •  sharp photos well focused on your pet.
  • proper exposure (not too dark or too bright).

AVOID:

  • low-resolution photos,
  • poor lighting,
  • blurry images,

2. PET POSITION

Make sure that your pet is in the center of the image, photographed close to the camera exposing full body or only the head - that's up to you! Have in mind that everything you want to be engraved on your pendant needs to be well exposed ( none part can be covered with other objects). We are unable to engrave your pet parts that aren't visible on the photo. If the parts aren't well noticeable, they will be cut in the engraving process. Saying that, be aware that if the paws or ears aren't visible, they won't be engraved.

3. MULTIPLE PETS

We suggest having one animal per pendant for the best quality. If you wish to have more than one pet, please make sure that the animals stand next to each other without distance, and both are well focused.

IMPORTANT

Note that all the product examples on our site were made from high-quality photos. Have in mind that you are responsible to provide us an image that meets our guideline.
In case of totally black or white pets, make sure that the image expose all the lines needed to be engrave (ears lines, nose etc).

TEXT ENGRAVING

If you choose text engraving, please have in mind the text you wish to engrave should not be longer than 25 characters including, symbols and emojis. Examples:

  • "My best friend"
  • "Always in my heart ❤️"
  • "Best friends forever"
